  1. You need 1 block of Atsuage.
  2. You need 1 of Avocado.
  3. You need 1 can of Canned tuna.
  4. You need 200 ml of Canned tomatoes (diced).
  5. You need 1 clove of Garlic.
  6. Take 1 dash of Salt and pepper.
  7. Prepare 1 of Parmesan cheese.
  8. Take 1 tbsp of Olive oil.

  1. Add the olive oil and the crushed garlic to a frying pan and cook on low heat..
