- Use 1/2 tsp of Cooking soda.
- Provide 2 tsp of sesame seeds.
Instructions to make Handvo:
- Soak rice, moong dhal, gram dhal, urad dhal for 6 hours separately. Drain extra water and wash again, grind together in mixer jar to the paste..
- Transfer the grained paste to a bowl. Grinde ginger, chillis and add to pasta bowl. Heat the oil, season with mustard, cumin, asafetida. Add to paste, add turmeric, salt, lemon juice, carrot and bottle guard cooking soda. Mix the batter well..
- Heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan, season with sesame seeds, and add batter to pan, close lid and bake on sim for 15 minutes. When it cooked properly turn off heat and let it cool. Flip handvo and enjoy dish..
