Garlic Butter Steak Bites


1 1/4 pounds sirloin, cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons chopped Garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped parsley


Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
Arrange steak in a single layer in pan; Depending on the size of your pan, you may need to work in batches.Cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 3-4 minutes. Repeat with remaining meat if necessary.
Add butter and garlic to pan; Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat the meat with the sauce.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
If you don’t have beef tenderloin, you can also use sirloin, rib-eye or tenderloin.NUTRITION
